Ms. Li received her master's degree from Tsinghua University in the area of International Intellectual Property Law and is currently a senior associate at Lifang & Partners. Since she has obtained the certificate for China legal professional qualification and TEM8, Ms. Li is competent to deal with corporate compliance and international intellectual property issues. Ms. Li participated in a variety of IP cases and been responsible for legal issues both in litigation and non-litigation.

Ms. Li focuses on IP area and corporate compliance, and is skilled in handling copyright litigation and non-litigation business. For copyright practice, Ms. Li has represented several well-known software companies, such as Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Trimble and Dassault to deal with software protection in China, including civil litigation and administrative complaints, and represented press, education and technology companies in work infringement cases. Additionally, in patent field, Ms. Li has been involved in cases commissioned by several well-known chemical enterprises and electronics industry corporations, assisting patent group in legal issues and consultation. In trademark action, Ms. Li has represented clients in opposition procedure, invalidation procedure and several administrative litigations. For corporate compliance, Ms. Li has assisted domestic well-known enterprises in communication and semiconductor industry in institutional improvement of IP, trade secret, U.S. export control and data compliance; served as a legal consultant for several companies, including China Unicom Beijing Branch, FLTRP, Wanfang Data, Dahao Technology, providing legal advice to clients on daily consultations.
