On December 20, 2012, Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court made out the first instance Judgment (2010) Yi Zhong Min Chu Zi No.12155 on a patent infringement case filed by Lifang’s client, the UK-based electronics producer and innovator Dyson Limited. The court has ordered a cease and desist, and awarded Dyson RMB330,000 for compensating economic losses. The judgment is now effective.

Dyson bladeless fan is a great business success, enthusiastically received by the market and praised among the best innovative products of 2009.
