Ms. Tan specializes in intellectual property law. In the area of IP rights confirmation, she develops comprehensive global strategies for cross-border trade manufacturers and enterprises to protect their innovative achievements. In IP litigations, Ms. Tan has successfully represented numerous complex foreign-related cases, effectively supporting Chinese exporters in recovering substantial financial losses amounting to hundreds of millions RMB.

Ms. Tan studied intellectual property law overseas and participated in a number of international academic seminars, including visits to the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich and Netherlands, Institute of European Studies of Macau (IEEM), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and World Trade Organization (WTO).
