Dr. Shi's main practice areas are intellectual property disputes and commercial dispute resolution, with profound theoretical background and rich practical experience, specializing in providing professional solutions for major, difficult and complex cases, and with outstanding performance in both litigation and arbitration. Dr. Shi possesses more than twenty years of experience in intellectual property practice and has handled thousands of intellectual property litigation cases with abundant expertise in providing legal services related to intellectual property, with a focus on patent infringement and invalidation, trade secret infringement, trademark infringement and invalidation, copyright infringement, unfair competition, computer software, as well as technical agreement. Prior to joining Lifang, Dr. Shi worked as a domestic-leading law firm.

Mr. Lyu specializes in the field of intellectual property, with extensive experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Mr. Lyu has provided legal services to several Fortune 500 companies and industry-leading enterprises, including Intel, Samsung Electronics, TSMC, JD, Bytedance, CATL, DJI, and so forth, handling a multitude of intellectual property lawsuits such as patent infringement, administrative litigation for patent invalidation, unfair competition, and technology contracts. Additionally, Mr. Lyu has accumulated over a decade of experience in foreign-related patent prosecution and invalidation services, covering various technical fields such as machinery, electronics, mechatronics, semiconductors, etc. Before joining Lifang, Mr. Lyu previously worked at Linda Liu & Partners and Zhonglun Law Firm.
