Lifang won China's first administrative case on IC layout design

Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court recently ruled to revoke the previous decision of SIPO's Patent Reexamination Board which cancelled the exclusive right of Lifang's client to an IC design. This is the first of such actions that entered the administrative procedure in China.
