Preliminary victory won for Hyosung in the patent invalidation case

Lifang lawyers Mr. Xie Guanbin, Mr. Sun Xi, Mr. Gou Zheng and Mr. Han Linghu, are representing Hyosung in requesting invalidation of two patents of Hitachi Omron Financial System Co. LTD relating to ATM machines. One of the requests have been supported by China’s Patent Re-examination Board which declares that the Omron patent is totally invalid, while the other is pending. Hyosung is one of the top 10 business groups in South Korea and enjoys a great reputation across the world. The victory in the patent invalidation procedure would put client at a favorable position in the related infringement case.
