Infringement case won at the Supreme Court

Lifang lawyers, Xie Guanbin and Sun Xi, have represented French catalyst manufacturer Rhodia in a patent infringement case against HySci (Tianjin) Specialty Materials Co., Ltd. before the Supreme People’s Court, which recently revoked Tianjin High People’s Court’s Judgment and ordered the case to be re-tried. In the case’s first instance procedure, Tianjin High People’s Court decided that HySci did not infringe Rhodia’s patents and rejected all of Rhodia’s requests for relief.
