Lifang Wins Final Judgment for “ZHENDEHAOXIANGNI”

On December 16, 2008, Lifang won an administrative case against the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (TRAB) and Henan Lucky Date Co., Ltd. (now Henan Hao Xiangni Co., Ltd., “Aoxing”) for its client, Zhengzhou Shuailong Chinese Date Food Co., Ltd. (“Shuailong”). The final judgment of the Beijing High People’s Court overruled the first instance court ruling that sustained the TRAB Decision to cancel Shuailong’s registered trademark “ZHENDEHAOXIANGNI”.
