Lifang Partner Named Among ALB China's Hot 25

Jiabin Wang, senior partner of Lifang & Partners, was listed by the Asian Legal Business (ALB) as one of China’s (including Hong Kong) Hot 25 Lawyers for 2008.

The ALB HOT 25 recognizes prominent lawyers who have made great contributions to the Chinese law society or who have made headlines in the legal world. The ALB, headquartered in Australia, is a well-known legal journal in the Asia-Pacific Region and annually selects influential law firms and excellent practitioners of the region to present awards.

Mr. Jiabin Wang obtained his Master of Law degree from the Peking University Law School and then an LLM and a JSD from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, where he was also granted a Law and Technology Certificate. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Telecommunications, Media & Technology Law, Overseas M&A and dispute resolution in high-tech fields. He is an expert representing Chinese respondents dealing with the US ITC 337 investigations and is one of most experienced Chinese lawyer in this field.
