Shaosong Sun Interviewed by International Mining Information

On the 29th of July, Mr. Shaosong Sun, partner of Lifang & Partners, was interviewed by the magazine International Mining Information. He gave useful advice on issues relating to due diligence, deal structure design, and using mining rights as capital contributions. He also wrote an essay on the same subject, entitled “Using Mining Rights as Capital Contributions Under the New Legal Framework,” published in the August 2008 edition of the International Mining Information.
