On July 28th, 2022, Lifang & Partners'client, Beijing Yunxingyu Traffic Technology Ltd (“Yunxingyu”) was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”). This is another success case for Liang & Partners'sCapital Markets and Securitiesteam.
The client is a state owned shareholding corporate and leading system integration suppliers in ETC industry in China. The listing on the NEEQ is an important step for the client to enter the capital market.
