Xie Guanbin Appointed to the Legal Expert Pool of the Beijing Communist Party Committee

Xie Guanbin, Managing Senior Partner of Lifang & Partners, was appointed to the Legal Expert Pool of the Beijing Communist Party Committee on 4 September 2018.

Following the “Opinions on the Implementation of the Legal Advisory and Private and Public Lawyer System” jointly issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council, the Beijing Communist Party Committee formed its own legal expert pool. The purpose of the opinions is to upgrade government bodies’ working policy to be more aligning with the rule of law.

Xie Guanbin focuses primarily on the fields of IP, antitrust, and unfair competition law. His clients include a number of Global Fortune 500 companies in the fields of science and technology. ALB ranked him as one of the top 15 litigators in China for 2019. He is now retained as a Tutor for graduates at the Law School of Tsinghua University.
