Lifang & Partners sincerely welcome our 2 new senior consultants Ms. Jiang Yi and Mr. Jia Zhigang.

Ms. Jiang Yi has successively obtained master degrees from Peking University and Washington University, possessing bar qualifications from China and New York State. She has a good command of laws and regulations, cross-border merger and acquisitions, corporate compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, dispute settlement and other matters. Before joining Lifang & Partners, Mr. Jiang Yi worked for Shearman & Sterling LLP, Ericsson, Microsoft, IBM, LinkedIn and other renowned international companies, where she provided in-depth legal guidance in respect of their operations in China.

Mr. Jia Zhigang holds a Bachelor of Laws from Wuhan University and a Masters in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. Mr Jia Zhigang worked for KPMG and the Beijing Representative Office of GIDE respectively as a tax consultant and legal consultant. Thereafter, he successively worked as a legal and senior manager in several foreign-funded and domestic-funded enterprises such as Rhodia from which he accumulated rich experience in tax law, customs law, trade law and company law.
